Green Belt

Green belts are usually work on large projects part-time. In many successful Six Sigma Organisations most of their managers have been trained to Green Belt level. In complicated Six Sigma projects, green belts work closely with the project Black Belt to keep the team functioning together and monitor progression through the Six Sigma project.

Simpler Projects may be lead by Greenbelts it is their responsibility to:

  • Create or refine a project charter
  • Discuss the project charter with the project champion
  • Select project team members
  • Liaise with the champion, master black belt, black belt, and process
  • Facilitate the team through all phases of the project.
  • Schedule meetings
  • Coordinate logistics.
  • Analyze data
  • Train team members

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training

This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training course is the first module in Silicon Beach Trainings Six Sigma Black Belt Training Package. Delegates can go on to achieve Black Belt level by attending their Black Belt Conversion training course. Delegates should also complete a Six Sigma project before attending the Black Belt Conversion course.

Six Sigma Black Belt training

This Six Sigma Black Belt Conversion training course is the second module in Silicon Beach Trainings Six Sigma Black Belt Training Package.

Delegates wishing to attend this Six Sigma Blackbelt training course who have not already achieved Green Belt level should first take thier Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt course and complete a Six Sigma project before attending.
