Kaizen strategy is the single most essential concept in Japanese management – it plays a vital role in successful Japanese companies such as Toyota. Kaizen, which only means continuous improvement, is the foundation for all Lean production improvements. Kaizen events are opportunities to implement successful changes at the workplace. 

It is the strategy for making improvements in all business areas. It focuses on applying a continuous change over time. When the policy is fully implemented, everyone in the organisation participates in making improvement in quality. Reductions in time cycles, budgets, and wastes (for example; non-value added activities), along with improved throughput, productivity and quality are possible outcomes.

It focuses on encouraging participants to implement Kaizen to improve the current way of working. Kaizen is based on Masaaki Imai's teachings on 'Kaizen' and 'Gemba Kaizen'. This course is mainly designed for business leaders, managers and supervisors who want to develop the Kaizen culture in the workplace and facilitate Kaizen activities and events as a mechanism to improve operational efficiency.

The one-day training will create an awareness of the pursuit of continuous improvement such as a corporate culture.
