This course is designed to provide management with the overall information needed for Kaizen strategy deployment and implementation. Cultural and management issues will be reviewed. Strategic breakthrough problems will be addressed to overcome barriers to implementation.

This course will provide  overview of Kaizen continuous improvement concepts, tools and techniques to enable management to know how the tools and technology are implemented to drive a successful Kaizen continuous improvement programme. “Soft” issues will also be studied in this course such as making Kaizen part of everyday practice, leading to change, winning the hearts and minds of the people and support the creation of a management system that will help to sustain Kaizen continuous improvement efforts over an extended period.

This intense, two-day training under Six Sigma will help delegates to learn how to apply this recognised strategy within the scope of a larger Kaizen implementation.
