The Lean approach is based on removing waste because of workload unevenness while the Six Sigma is known for eliminating waste due to process variation.

The course is designed to offer the skillset of Lean as well as Six Sigma. The candidates can gain the proficiency in Lean Six Sigma by learning both the methodologies collaboratively. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course provides the understanding of Lean and Six Sigma concepts with proficiency in how to plan, implement, recognise and apply those concepts. After certifying the course, the delegates will become Green Belts and perform to improve the projects in their organisation.

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is designed to provide knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC approach. This methodology is an incremental process to improve project effectiveness. DMAIC stands for Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control. These processes can be diagrammatically represented as: 

EXAM:

The exam will be conducted at the end of the training. The exam consists of 30 Multiple Choice, scenario based Questions (MCQ’s). For MCQs, four options will be provided, the delegate would need to choose one correct answer and proceed further. One will need to have 70 percentage marks to clear the exam. Our trainers will make sure that the delegates have gone through all the concepts of the subject so that they can easily clear the exam in the first attempt.The exam will be of 2 hours, and it will be open book examination.

The language used in the exam would be English. In case, the delegate is not comfortable with exam in English; we can try to provide the exam in another language by consulting our trainer or management. All other details regarding exams will be provided during the training by our experts.
